I’m a confident and compassionate leader committed to helping people and organizations reach their full potential. With more than a decade of experience across education, leadership, and organizational development, I specialize in building capacity, improving efficiency, and inspiring continuous growth in mission-driven organizations.

Throughout my career, I’ve led transformational change — from guiding schools through the challenges of COVID-19 to building thriving cultures that endure beyond my leadership. As a principal and later as a professional learning specialist, I’ve designed and facilitated professional development that empowers educators, strengthens instructional practices, and drives measurable results. My work consistently blends strategic thinking with empathy, aligning systems and people toward shared success.

I bring a data- and results-driven approach to leadership, blending insights from organizational leadership, human resources, and project management to create processes that are efficient, equitable, and sustainable. My recent work in business transformation and operations expands this impact to the corporate sector, helping teams streamline workflows, adopt best practices, and enhance performance.

As a member of the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA), I’ve deepened my expertise in designing adult learning experiences that are engaging, impactful, and rooted in evidence-based learning strategy.
